Each Exhibition Stand comes with 2 FREE people to man the stand.

*NOTE:
Additional people manning the stand will be at a cost.

If you have MORE THAN ONE exhibition stand, register the people manning these stands separately.

EXHIBITORS INFORMATION

We will use this information for all correspondence related to the Conference.

TRANSPORT / FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE

IMESA will run FREE daily shuttles to and from selected Hotels listed on the conference website. A shuttle will also be available for the Thursday night Social Evening.

NO shuttle service to the Airport on Friday, Delegates to arrange their own transport.
